Nicely appointed hotel with a bar in the lobby. Marvellous location adjacent to a commercial area and the centre and U-Bahn station and the Olympiapark. Super-friendly and affable staff, well-appointed room with a tv.

Fairly clean and absolutely fantastic place with good staff at reception desk. Decent food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Brilliant location in a lovely area not far from Oktoberfest, the metro station which was a plus and BMW Welt and museum and Olimpic park.

Everything else but the price of parking and breakfast.
I did not like the fact that for customers parking costs 17 euros per day. I left the car somewhere else for 1.50 a day. Breakfast costs 23 euros!

As a 4 stars hotel I have the following comments: 1- Although my reservation done very early, I did not find what I asked for such as views at upper floors and joint rooms . 2- The hotel should have luggage service for the guest at their arrival and departure. 3- The internet should be free for such level. 4- The amenities in general is not to the international standard. 5. Although there is a boiler for tea preparation, but the tea and coffee are only prepared for the first day . This is strange to me as these usually prepared for all stayed days.

Staff are excellent - customer service at its very best. Location, whilst not central, is within a minute of the U-bahn and the Munich U- bahn is very, very good. Cheap, quick and efficient. You can get anywhere you want to go within 20 minutes. Very trendy bar and foyer with a fabulous range of tipples. Funky lifts.
A bit of confusion about refreshing the room one day - wasn't a huge deal.

great stay but room needs minor updates
The room was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for three adults. The breakfast buffet offered a lovely selection of items that were delicious.
The overall decor felt slightly outdated.
